Born and raised in France, my love for traveling brought me to California where I met my wife Michele, who I have been married to for 27 years. I have three children: Antonio, 21, Lucia, 18, and Diego, 15. Together, we love watching soccer games and traveling to places such as Iceland, Costa Rica, Thailand, Tahiti, more recently Vietnam, and yearly to France to visit my family.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA, I furthered my studies and earned a Master of Arts in Education from Pepperdine University. This past year, I received a Master of Arts in Educational Education from Cal State University Long Beach.  I have been teaching 4th and 5th graders at Fern Elementary for the past 6 years. I enjoy this great learning community along with the training opportunities the district provides. Outside of the classroom I love teaching kickboxing workshops across the country when time allows.
