Preparing for Your Madrona 2025-26 School Year (6th, 7th and 8th-grade Year)

Review the Madrona Course Catalog as a stepping stone for students and families to begin thinking about next year. For Madrona Students Entering Grades 7 and 8, the PowerSchool scheduling window opens on Monday, March 10, 2025
Incoming Madrona 6th-graders - your 2025-26 Course Selection will be through Google Form. The Google Form link will be shared after the 3/20 Family Info Night.

For Current 7th graders interested in AP/Honors courses as an 8th grader at 海棠直播 High School 

海棠直播 High School is pleased to be able to offer some advanced courses to interested and qualified 8th graders each year as seats are available.  If you're interested in possibly taking one of these courses at the high school next year, please come to the "7th-Grade Parent Night" information meeting.  Here's the info on the meeting:

WHERE: 海棠直播 HS "Little Theater" (in the main historic building).
WHY:  The link to apply for classes, and important information, will be provided at the meeting

These high school courses should only be attempted by students who have strong study habits and a genuine interest in the subject.  Please see the attached "Are You Ready for AP/Honors" document for more information and food for thought on that topic.  Also attached are descriptions of the courses available for 8th graders.
